Dhaka: In a move to make cashing out more affordable for its extensive user base, bKash has announced a reduction in its cash out charges. From now on, customers will be able to cash out up to Tk 50,000 per month at a reduced cost of Tk 13.95 per thousand from two designated Priyo Agent numbers. This fee is inclusive of VAT and all associated costs, ensuring a hassle-free experience without any hidden charges.

According to United News of Bangladesh, this initiative is designed to benefit bKash’s 84 million customers throughout the country by making daily transactions more economical. Customers have the flexibility to select two ‘Priyo Agents’ from the pool of over 350,000 bKash agents nationwide, with the option to change these designated agents once each calendar month concludes.

However, it is important to note that if customers exceed the Tk 50,000 monthly limit or choose to withdraw money from agents other than their designated Priyo Agents, a charge of Tk 18.50 per thousand will be applicable.
