According to News.LK, the online ticketing facility is also available through the Pravesha mobile application. This development provides passengers with an additional convenient option to purchase railway tickets, enhancing the overall travel experience by reducing the need for physical ticket purchases at railway stations. The initiative is expected to improve passenger convenience and encourage more people to use the railway services.
