Los angeles: Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner has spoken about the emotional pain she endured following her separation from actor Ben Affleck, highlighting the difficulty of losing a partnership and friendship.
According to United News of Bangladesh, Garner discussed in an interview with Marie Claire that the breakup of their family was the most challenging aspect. She emphasized that the loss of trust, companionship, and friendship was what caused the most hurt.
Garner and Affleck were married in 2005 and separated in 2015, with their divorce finalized in 2018. The couple now co-parents their three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. Garner mentioned that she has reached a point where they can raise their children together with peace and understanding.
She explained that time aids in healing, forgiving, and moving forward, and it also helps to rebuild friendship in a new way. Garner emphasized the significance of close personal relationships in developing emotional resilience. She noted that spending time with loved ones provides her with the strength to deal with life’s challenges.
