Colombo: The newly appointed commanders of the Tri-Forces held a meeting with Commander-in-Chief, President Anura Kumara Disanayake, at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon.

According to News.LK, the meeting was attended by the new Army Commander, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo; the new Navy Commander, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda; and the new Air Force Commander, Air Marshal Vasu Bandu Edirisinghe.

Following tradition, the newly appointed commanders formally met with the President after assuming their duties. During the meeting, they also presented the President with a commemorative token.
