Sri Lanka Jewelers Association Contributes Rs. 10 Million to ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund


Colombo: In support of national efforts to restore livelihoods and rebuild the country following the impact of Cyclone Ditwah, the Sri Lanka Jewelers Association has contributed Rs. 10 million to the Government’s ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ Fund. The contribution was presented recently at the Presidential Secretariat by Rathnarajah Saravana, Chairman of the Sri Lanka Jewelers Association, to the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake.



According to News.LK, the handover event was attended by several key members of the Sri Lanka Jewelers Association, including Secretary Raman Balasupramaniyam, Treasurer Mutthu Rett Ramajayam, and Association members Suooaiha Ravikumar and Marayanan Thawakumar. The initiative aims to support the government’s ongoing efforts to assist communities affected by Cyclone Ditwah, which has significantly impacted various regions in Sri Lanka.
