Colombo: The Malaysian Coast Guard Ship ‘KM BENDAHARA’ arrived at the Port of Colombo for replenishment on 27 October. The vessel was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy, adhering to naval traditions.
According to Ministry of Defence – Sri Lanka, ‘KM BENDAHARA’ is a 64.16-meter long Reliance Class – Medium Endurance Cutter. The ship is operated by a crew of 50 and is under the command of Commander (Maritime) MOHD FAHIMI BIN OMAR.
During their stay in Sri Lanka, the crew members are set to embark on sightseeing tours across the country. The visit will conclude with ‘KM BENDAHARA’ scheduled to depart the island on 30 October.
