New delhi: Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd.) met his Indian counterpart, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, in New Delhi today on the sidelines of the 5th BIMSTEC National Security.

According to Ministry of Defence – Sri Lanka, the meeting between the two defence secretaries was focused on enhancing bilateral relations and discussing collaborative strategies in the field of national security. This significant engagement aimed at strengthening ties between the two nations and exploring opportunities for cooperation in defence and security matters.
