Dhaka: The Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) and Evercare Hospital have entered into a significant agreement to provide substantial healthcare discounts to real estate professionals, their employees, and families. This memorandum of understanding (MoU) aims to enhance the accessibility and affordability of medical services in the country by offering discounts of up to 52 percent.

According to United News of Bangladesh, the agreement was formalized during a ceremony held at the REHAB head office. The MoU was signed by REHAB President Dr. Ali Afzal and Evercare Hospital’s General Manager and Head of Corporate Marketing, AM Abul Kashem Rony, representing their respective organizations.

The MoU stipulates that REHAB members, employees of member organizations, staff of the REHAB secretariat, and their family members will benefit from special corporate discounts on select specialized treatments, diagnostic facilities, health check-ups, and other medical services at Evercare Hospital. Discounts can reach a maximum of 52 percent across various categories.

Both REHAB and Evercare Hospital have acknowledged the MoU as a crucial step in enhancing member welfare, expanding corporate healthcare options, and fostering long-term institutional cooperation. They expressed optimism that this initiative will make quality medical care more accessible and cost-effective for individuals associated with the housing sector and their families.
