Thalaimannar: The Sri Lanka Navy today provided urgent humanitarian assistance to a father and his two children, aged 11 and 13, who were found stranded on a remote sandbank off Thalaimannar during a routine patrol.

According to News.LK, this recent rescue brings the total number of people assisted by the Navy today to 11, which includes 5 children, 4 women, and 2 men. The rescued individuals are set to be handed over to the Thalaimannar Police for further action.
