Colombo: Galle reached 210 for 5 wickets after being put into bat by Dambulla on the opening day of the Sri Lanka Cricket National Super League final at the Sinhalese Sports Club Grounds. The innings was driven by a top score of 80 off 105 balls from Dinesh Chandimal, featuring 7 boundaries and a six. Oshada Fernando contributed with a score of 52 before being forced to retire hurt.



According to Sri Lanka Cricket, Dunith Wellalage remained unbeaten on 27, while Avishka Perera was dismissed for 26. Dambulla’s bowlers managed to claim five wickets, with Akila Dananjaya taking 2 for 53 and Mohamed Shiraz capturing 2 for 63.
