Kathmandu: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari has emphasized the visionary political contributions of the late Madan Bhandari, describing him as a leader who provided a clear ideological foundation for Nepal’s political movement.

According to National News Agency Nepal, during a dialogue organized by the Madan Bhandari Diamond Jubilee Celebration Committee in Kathmandu, the former President praised Bhandari as a distinguished ideologue. She highlighted his ability to institutionalize the aspirations of the people, democratic values, and national needs through his political programs.

The former President further stated that Madan Bhandari offered a new political direction to Nepal’s communist movement, underlining his significant role in shaping the country’s political landscape.
