Dhaka: Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on Tuesday extended a touching gesture by sending gifts to the newborn daughter of Md Sujon, an activist who sustained injuries during the July mass uprising. The act of goodwill was carried out through a delegation visit to Sujon’s residence.

According to United News of Bangladesh, the delegation, representing Amra BNP Poribar, was led by its Adviser and Narsingdi-5 MP Engineer Ashraf Uddin. The team arrived at Sujon’s home in Keraniganj around noon to convey the Prime Minister’s thoughtful gesture. In addition to the gifts, the delegation took the opportunity to inquire about the health of the newborn and Sujon’s recovery process.

The visiting delegation comprised Dhaka District BNP General Secretary and Reserved Seat MP Advocate Nipun Roy Chowdhury, along with Amra BNP Poribar Member Secretary Agriculturist Moksedul Momin Mithun. Their visit not only symbolized support but also emphasized the party’s commitment to the well-being of its members and their families.
