Dhaka: A six-member delegation of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, led by the party’s Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, engaged in discussions with the Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday. The meeting took place at the Nirbachan Bhaban, starting at around 11:00 am.

According to United News of Bangladesh, the meeting was attended by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin, along with Election Commissioners Abdur Rahmanel Masud and Tahmida Ahmed. EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed was also present during the discussions.
