Colombo: The Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, has announced the opening of the application process for appeals to recheck the answer scripts of the 2026 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination. This process started from September 7 and will continue until September 21, with the entire procedure being conducted online.

According to News.LK, the Commissioner General of Examinations, A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage, issued a notice regarding the rechecking appeals. The principal of the school attended by the examination candidate is responsible for submitting the appeal request. This is done by accessing the SCHOOL LOGIN section of the Department of Examinations’ online system, using the credentials provided to the school.

Applications for the rechecking process can be submitted through the Department’s online examination portal at onlineexams.gov.lk.
