New Delhi: Indian media reports that the Indian government’s budget for the year 2025 has allocated an amount of three billion Indian rupees for Sri Lanka. That is about 1032 million rupees in Sri Lankan currency.

According to News.LK, last year, the Indian budget allocated 245 million Indian rupees for Sri Lanka. Indian media also reported that this time three billion Indian rupees have been allocated to overcome the economic crisis in Sri Lanka.
