According to Ministry of Defence – Sri Lanka, the donation programme was held under the patronage of the President of the MOD SVU, Dr. (Mrs.) Ruvini Rasika Perera, as part of the Unit’s ongoing commitment to supporting the welfare and educational needs of underprivileged children.

The children and staff of the Centre expressed their gratitude for the generous contribution, which helped their daily needs and educational requirements.
