Saudi Vice Minister Visits Bangladesh for Diplomatic Discussions


Dhaka: Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eng. Waleed Elkhereji, arrived in Dhaka on Monday for a two-day official visit. Foreign Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister, Humaiun Kobir, welcomed the Saudi vice minister at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. The purpose of the visit is to engage in diplomatic conversations and strengthen bilateral relations between the two nations.



According to United News of Bangladesh, Eng. Waleed Elkhereji’s visit underscores the ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh. During his stay, various meetings and discussions are expected to take place, focusing on mutual interests and strategic partnerships. The visit, albeit brief, aims to pave the way for future collaborations and reinforce existing ties.



Eng. Waleed Elkhereji is scheduled to depart from Bangladesh on Tuesday afternoon, concluding his visit. The engagement is seen as a significant step in fostering diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries.
