Colombo: A delegation from the Australian Defence College, led by Colonel Adam Geoffrey McGuinness, visited the Ministry of Defence as part of its study programme in Sri Lanka.

According to Ministry of Defence – Sri Lanka, the delegation was received by Additional Secretary – Administration, Mr. Harsha Vithanaarachchi. The visit was part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen defence ties and exchange knowledge between the two nations.

Military Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Defence, Major General AKD Adikari, and officials from the Australian High Commission, including Defence Advisor Colonel Amanda Johnston, were also present during the visit. The discussions focused on enhancing military cooperation and understanding between the Australian and Sri Lankan defence establishments.
